Rental rates for the clubhouse increased as of the first of the year.

The fee for renting the clubhouse for Property Owners' and Associate members is now $100.00 which includes cleaning fees.

The first two rentals during the year will be $120.00, and $125 for the third and thereafter. A refundable deposit of $150 will continue to be charged.

The cleaning fee will insure that the clubhouse has a heavy duty cleaning throughout after each rental.  

Neighborhood functions are given first priority.

Community Service activities will be given consideration.
