The BHR clubhouse
is available for rental for BHR Residents and Associate
Members.
Rental rates for the clubhouse increased as of the
first of the year.
The fee for renting the clubhouse for Property Owners'
and Associate members is now $130.00 which includes
cleaning fees.
A refundable
deposit of $150 will continue to be charged.
The cleaning fee will insure that the clubhouse has
a heavy duty cleaning throughout after each rental.
Neighborhood
functions are given first priority.
Community Service activities will be given consideration.
