One of the most common aesthetic concerns in BHR is the appearance of community fences on private property that are run down or need repair. What many residents may not know is that these fences, though part of the community, are the homeowner’s responsibility. Yet, as anyone who has owned a fence knows, they can consume a good deal of time and money that’s often needed elsewhere.

We are forming a group of volunteers to lend a hand to homeowners who may lack the time or resources to do fence repairs by themselves. We’re gathering names of people who would be willing to help community fence owners, if volunteers are available on the scheduled day.

Interested volunteers should contact Pat at the BHR office to get their names put on the interest list. We’ll send out potential work dates and see who is available to help at that time.
